in Qatar. The airport
is currently ranked as a 3 star by skytrax
along with 7 other airports.
Doha International Airport
suffers from over capacity even though
the airport has been extended numerous
times. It has three mosques, free Wi-Fi,
a large duty-free area, a few eateries
and 44 airline stands.
There are also 60 checks in gates, 5
baggage claim belts and over 1,000 car
parking spaces. The current capacity stands
at 12 million passengers per
year.
Doha International Airport is
the main base of Qatar Airways.
